Cancellation Policy
Bloom Bar Event Policy Booking & Deposit A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your event date and time. All events must be booked with a minimum of 30 days’ advance notice. Your date is not secured until the deposit has been received. Final Payment The remaining 50% balance is due after services are completed. An invoice for the final balance will be sent within 3 business days following the event. Late Payments If the final balance is not paid within 30 days of the invoice date, a $20 late fee will be added to the outstanding balance. Any remaining unpaid balance may also accrue additional charges as permitted by applicable law until paid in full. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 20 or more days prior to the scheduled event date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made fewer than 20 days before the event will result in the deposit being non-refundable.
